  • Preprinted cards can be ordered using Vistaprint and directly shipped to us to be Brailled.

  • Return Policy:

  • Orders for Return, ALL items are to be sent to the address above.

  • 10% Restock FEE will be applied for returns within 30 days.

  • 20% Restock FEE will be applied for returns after 30 days.


  • Refund Policy:

  • All items must be returned for a Full Refund less Shipping costs.

  • Refunds can take between one or two weeks for processing.


  • Replacement Policy:

  • Any damaged items will be replaced FREE of charge.

  • Return Damaged item to address above.

  • If no replacement is available another choice can be made.

  • A refund issued if a replacement can not be made.
